This is probably one of the most important things Team Leaders do. They work very hard to create processes and ways of working together that help teammates be in sync and work with clarity and transparency every step of the way.
Being a point of contact for all work-related queries but also for personal support and fun
Creating an accepting and friendly environment for people in the company is a must! We spend 8 hours a day here, and we want to make it count.
Proper time and task management
This way, Team Leaders are making sure everyone's efficient and have enough time not only for work but also for the development program, training, coffee breaks, and online game tournaments.
Taking care of their team
Being a Team Leader provides a deep insight into the work of others. Based on it, Team Leaders can recommend and organize creative and meaningful work according to each team member's talents and interests.

What I love about working here is how much we can achieve together. Each leader has their own strengths and when we make those work together, the results are just amazing! We've been able to adapt to really challenging situations in no time when everyone did the thing they are best at, together.
