Sales and Marketing Specialist

Remote position, 11 am - 7 pm CET
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the whole outbound and inbound lead generation process. That means you will need to identify, engage with, and close potential leads using a variety of different methods such as cold emailing, creating Linkedin and Google ads, as well as inbound marketing which means content creation, forum posting, and the like.

The key to success in this role will be your ability to help us grow by generating new leads through demand generation, PPC, and cold outreach. It will be expected and encouraged that you experiment with different channels to iterate your approach until you get the intended results.
What you'll be working on:

  • Managing and improving the entire lead generation process while executing sales and marketing campaigns across all channels
  • Creating PPC ads and optimizing existing ones to pull in as many leads as possible
  • Sending cold sales emails, cold calling, and handling incoming calls from prospects
  • Managing and updating CRM systems (we use Salesforce)
  • Corresponding with the leads to ensure they get the relevant information about our service
  • Analyzing sales and marketing metrics to find gaps and room for improvement
  • Weekly reporting on Sales KPIs and tracking your goals' progress
  • Helping with the planning and implementation of the overall sales strategy
Must-haves and nice-to-haves:

  • Advanced English (both written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in creating and executing PPC campaigns
  • Previous working experience with Salesforce (or any other CRM platform)
  • Previous experience in cold outreach (cold emails and cold calling)
  • Previous working experience in a position such as a Marketing Manager, Coordinator, Analyst, Business or Sales Development Representative, or similar will be a major plus

  • Is comfortable being measured through KPIs
