What You’ll Do
You’ll own the strategy and execution for lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and in-app messaging. From onboarding flows to re-engagement triggers, you’ll drive real results through smart strategy, testing, and optimization.

Design full-funnel lifecycle journeys—from welcome to loyalty

Build segmentation and trigger-based campaigns for max personalization

Lead A/B testing, analyze performance, and continuously optimize

Work closely as part of a team, collaborating directly with a Campaign and Flow Planner to execute lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Be the go-to expert for your clients, keeping communication sharp and timelines tight

Stay ahead of trends in retention, engagement, and deliverability

Manage a portfolio of up to 12 clients, building strong relationships and driving results across a variety of exciting eCommerce industries.
We’re Looking for Someone Who
  • Has 4–6+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing, preferably in eCommerce
  • Knows their way around platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Is data-savvy and knows how to use tools like Looker, GA, or Excel to find insights
  • Communicates clearly and manages projects with confidence
  • Is hands-on, strategic, and passionate about customer journeys
  • Has solid technical skills in ESPs and key eCommerce tools
