What You’ll Do

Sketch out smart, effective automation maps for email (and SMS) that drive results

Work with our team to make sure every email is on-brand, eye-catching, and compelling
3
Present flow drafts with confidence and clarity — ensuring clients know exactly what to expect and why it works
4
Get hands-on inside platforms like Klaviyo, setting up and managing flows, triggers, filters, and more

Be the go-to Flow expert for your clients, keeping communication sharp and timelines tight

Track how flows are doing, troubleshoot issues, and tweak things to get the best results
7
Create and manage tests to continuously improve open rates, click rates, and conversions
8
Contribute to the bigger picture — help shape flow strategies that align with client goals and industry best practices
We’re Looking for Someone Who
  • Is comfortable working in ESPs (especially Klaviyo) and can troubleshoot flow hiccups without breaking a sweat
  • Knows good design and copy when you see it - and understand how to bring both together for great email experiences
  • Can juggle multiple projects and keep flow builds on track with ease
  • Communicates clearly and manages projects with confidence
  • Has worked with flows before and understands what works best
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and a background in performance-based marketing is a huge plus
