Our selection process
To apply for a position you can thrive in, send your CV in English to our HR Manager at [email protected].
The subject of your email should be: Job application <Job position> – <Your name and surname>.
You are free to enclose portfolio, cover letter, certificates or any other material you find relevant to your application.
Please send all documents in English, as otherwise we will not take them into consideration.
The HR Manager will go through all the applications and pick candidates that fit the profile. If you are one of these candidates, we will contact you to schedule an interview.
The first interview will be with the HR Manager. During this call, the HR Manager will provide you with more detailed information regarding the company and the position.
Make sure to ask all the questions you might have and to understand clearly all the terms. This call is the place for it!
Interview with the Management
After the call with the HR Manager, the next step is a call with the rest of management, after which the final decision will be reached. Depending on the position, there could be one or more interviews with the management.
For certain positions we also include tasks or tests as a part of the selection process. You will be informed about all details by the HR Manager. Tasks are not hard and aim to test the level of certain skills for different job positions.
