Talent Management Lead

Remote position, 10 am - 6 pm CET
The Talent Management Lead has a variety of tasks every day, including onboarding, sourcing, talent acquisition, and resolving different internal questions.

To be successful in this role, you'd need to be adaptable, as you'll work in a remote, global environment, and have relevant experience in talent acquisition, as this would be the area you'd be most focused on. What's also exciting is that you would help us revamp our competencies approach to hiring, as the biggest project planned for this year.
What you'll be working on:

  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of talent management functions and responsibilities, such as vacations, leaves, flexible work schedules, contracts, annexes, etc.
  • Supporting the talent acquisition for hard-to-fill roles by coming up with creative solutions fast, and experimenting with different approaches to attract high potential talent (doing full-cycle recruitment for these roles independently)
  • Conducting structured interviews with Talent Acquisition Experts, in the role of a senior interviewer
  • Supporting the performance reviews, competency-based evaluations, with the goal of connecting them to the hiring competencies, and 9 boxes reviews
  • Providing support to contributors on various topics related to talent management, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Assisting with disciplinary meetings and actions, as well as terminations - is a point of contact for resolving various questions and talent issues
  • Conducting on and off-boarding process, including accounts creation, welcoming the contributors to the company, helping with their onboarding during the initial 2 months, etc.
    Must-haves and nice-to-haves:

    • Flawless English (both written and spoken) as you'll be using English all day, as our team members are from countries from all over the world
    • A minimum of one year of previous working experience in a remote Talent Acquisition role
    • Working knowledge of various tools and platforms for talent acquisition that help the efficiency of the process
    • Experience in global recruitment will be an advantage
    • A minimum of 6 months of previous experience as an HR Generalist would be considered a plus
    • Prior experience in a Digital Marketing, PR, Internal Communications, or similar role would be considered a plus
    • A diploma in HR, HR certificate, or a seminar/course related to HR would be considered a plus, as we would like to see that you are interested and passionate about the area overall
