Talent Acquisition Specialist

Remote position, 10 am - 6 pm CET
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a part of our Talent Management team and is responsible for identifying, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent to ensure we are building a world-class team. You will be juggling multiple open positions by following through the talent acquisition procedure, as well as recruitment marketing activities.

What you'll be working on:

  • Creatively finding ways of sourcing candidates by writing creative copies for promotions or outreach on Facebook, LinkedIn, and similar social media channels
  • Planning and executing the Talent Acquisition strategy for various job positions, reviewing results, and adjusting based on the outcomes
  • Opening or re-opening vacancies – meaning you'll be drafting job ads as well as setting competencies for new positions, posting them on our website, preparing, and reviewing tests for various positions
  • Handling external correspondence with candidates in a timely manner and ensuring flawless support to the candidates
  • Reviewing CVs, planning, and organizing screening interviews using behavioral interviewing techniques while making sure that the interview stays conversational instead of interrogative
  • Conducting structured interviews together with other Talent Management team members, and coordinating the decision-making process with the hiring leaders ensuring that candidates are reviewed on time
  • Collaborating with the Strategic Communications team on implementing recruitment marketing activities
  • Preparing and extending offers and handling negotiations
  • Handling contract preparation and various Talent Acquisition administrative duties
  • Onboarding and offboarding team members
  • Creating manuals on Talent Acquisition-related processes
  • Collecting Talent Acquisition data and analyzing Talent Acquisition analytics
  • Maintaining our Careers page and suggesting possible improvements

    Must-haves and nice-to-haves:

    • Minimum 6 months of previous experience in an HR role, ideally in a Recruitment Associate or HR Assistant role, or similar (internships experience also counts!)
    • Advanced English proficiency is a must, as you'll be speaking with lots of candidates on a daily basis
    • Excellent communication with rock-solid listening skills – you make people feel heard and know which questions to ask next to understand the big picture better
    • Able to juggle multiple open vacancies by carefully shifting priorities
    • Comfortable with administrative work and you have a great eye for detail – you double or even triple-check everything you do
