Sales Specialist

Remote position, 1 pm - 9 pm CET
The Sales Specialist is responsible for Outbound prospecting, generating, and closing qualified leads.

To be successful in this position, you'd need to have a proven track record of success in sales, with extraordinary phone presence and client relationship-building skills.
What you'll be working on:

  • Strong focus on outbound prospecting activities and generating qualified leads
  • Conducting cold outreach sales calls and handling incoming calls from prospects
  • Selling our services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Actively managing the Outbound leads, warming them up, and closing them
  • Negotiating and creating contracts, sales proposals, and other relevant sales follow-up and administrative duties
  • Weekly reporting on Sales KPIs and tracking your goals progress
  • Managing and updating CRM systems
  • Helping with the planning and implementation of the overall sales strategy
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
    Must-haves and nice-to-haves:

    • Fluent English (both written and spoken) — as you'll be speaking with native speakers every day
    • Proven track record of success in sales in any sales related position
    • E-commerce experience would be preferred, but not required
    • Previous working experience with various software platforms related to both project management and CRM (such as Asana, Klaviyo, Google Sheets, Salesforce, etc.) would be considered advantageous
    • Previous working experience in a position such as an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or similar will be considered a plus
    • Working experience in email marketing and knowledge of the field is a major plus
