Junior Data Analyst

Remote position, 1 pm - 9 pm CET
As the Junior Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to deliver a number of recurring data analyses. You will use that information to suggest process optimization or automation and the development of different strategic initiatives. In addition to that, a part of your daily routine would be overseeing data flows as well as fixing, or following up on inconsistencies as they arise.

This role is a perfect fit for those who have strong attention to detail and can visualize and explain complex information in a simple, yet well-organized manner. You should be someone with an analytical mind, as well as someone who notices any discrepancies with ease and enjoys thinking of different solutions on how to fix them.
What you'll be working on:

  • Exporting and cleansing data as well as database creation for later usage for different reports
  • Creating reports and visualizations to summarize findings and propose different strategic email marketing initiatives
  • Utilizing Tableau analytics database to carry out statistical analysis and/or ad hoc reporting as required
  • Creation and maintenance of client KPI dashboards
  • Interpreting data and providing ongoing reports on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Identifying trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Coming up or identifying ideas for process automation opportunities
  • Supporting initiatives for maintaining data integrity
  • Quality checks of imported data to ensure a small number of reworks
Must-haves and nice-to-haves:

  • Fluent English (both spoken and written)
  • Exceptional knowledge of Google Sheets
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology or similar
  • Knowledge of Integromat or similar software
  • Previous working experience with large datasets
  • Previous experience working as a Marketing Data Analyst, Business Data Analyst, Statistical Analyst, or Finance Analyst will be considered a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Tableau Desktop will be considered a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar programming language will be advantageous
  • Previous experience in using Klaviyo will be considered an asset
  • Working experience in email marketing and knowledge of the field is a major plus
