The Design Creative Expert is responsible for generating high-quality design email assets that support our clients' brand image and driving email click-through rates.
To be successful in this role, you'd need to have a good eye for design composition, and also be willing to go the extra mile to drive great design forward. You'll transform concepts into assets that will speak to the right target audience and support the brand story and brand image.

What you'll be working on:
- Designing email template proposals from scratch based on clients' brand books using Stripo, Photoshop, or Figma
- Creating graphic assets for email campaigns, flows, SMS or pop-ups according to client requirements and implementing them using different email marketing software programs
- Communicating with clients daily, updating them on progress, and making direct email design edits based on their feedback
- Attending client calls where design is discussed to gather feedback and adjust the design accordingly
- Continuously analyzing and improving click-through rates to improve client satisfaction
- Doing creative reviews on different design assets internally and externally and suggesting improvements
Must-haves and nice-to-haves:
- Excellent English language proficiency
- Previous experience in web design or graphic design role; fast-paced agency experience would be considered a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Adobe XD/Adobe After Effects or other graphic design programs
- Previous experience in a Creative Lead position would be considered a big plus
- Knowledge about email design and usage of Klaviyo and similar software programs would be an advantage

- Is adaptable with a fine eye for good design as well as details
- Is a creative thinker who sees feedback as a way of improving their skills, and strives towards delivering excellent work
- Has great communication skills — as you'll be talking to the clients on a daily basis
- Is persistent and enthusiastic about going the extra mile to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
