Copy Creative Expert

Remote position, 1 pm - 9 pm CET
The Copy Creative Expert has the responsibility of overseeing the creation of error-free, on-brand, creative copies for different types of marketing emails that lead to higher email open and click-through rates.

To be successful in this role, you should have exceptional writing and research skills, and the ability to understand and deliver both the clients' and the company's brand voice across a wide variety of assets.

It's important to note that this is a part-time role, and engagement will depend on the workload, which can vary. The predicted needs would be 2-3 hours per day, 5 days per week, from Monday to Friday.
What you'll be working on:

  • Producing copy assets for client campaigns and automated emails, SMS, and popups
  • Editing copy for our company's external mediums (such as Essence of Email Weekly, blog posts, etc.)
  • Revising and editing copy based on the internal (Quality Assurance team) and external (client) feedback, and/or creative direction
  • Conducting research in order to understand clients' needs and target audiences, resulting in on-brand copy
  • Meeting with clients to brainstorm or discuss copy strategy, execution, and its results
  • Automating copy creation using various AI tools
    Must-haves and nice-to-haves:

    • Excellent writing skills with a demonstrated experience in writing for the American market
    • Previous experience in working as a Copywriter for a minimum of one year - working as a Copy Editor will also be considered an advantage
    • Previous experience in using copy automation tools
    • Previous experience in writing for email marketing purposes will be considered a plus

    • Is creative, imaginative, and able to adapt quickly to diverse client needs and audiences
    • Is technical at the same time - you enjoy exploring new tools and you get a hand of them quite quickly
    • Has a knack for understanding brand and tone of voice, and applies these to all strategies and creative content
    • Easily recognizes how to address different groups of people
    • Has strong research skills with the ability to interpret copywriting briefs quickly
    • Is receptive to feedback with a strong will to improve the copy and exceed client expectations
