Account Strategist (List Growth Focus)

Remote position, 1 pm - 9 pm CET
The Account Strategist (List Growth Focus) is primarily focused on creatively finding people that will be engaged and interested in the client's emails, using different digital and email strategies to entice people to join the list. They will also work with internal experts to ensure steady client revenue growth.

We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and can juggle and coordinate multiple priorities at the same time effectively. To be successful in this role, we expect you to be well-organized, innovative, and tenacious in finding the right approach to drive subscribers to join a list.
What you'll be working on:

  • Planning and coordinating work on different client accounts
  • Creatively finding people that will be engaged and interested in subscribing to client's emails - using pop-ups, landing pages, social media channels, and trying out a variety of different approaches to entice people to join a list
  • Continuously re-examining the quality of existing lists
  • Monitoring other digital channels and analyzing how they contribute to list growth
  • Extracting data from different software platforms used for email creation such as Klaviyo, JustUno, etc.
  • Attending and over time, actively participating in client calls, as well as updating clients on the progress of different initiatives
  • Reporting to clients and superiors on client performance and creating various reports based on clients' requirements
  • Constantly researching best practices around email list growth
  • Coordinating internal experts to bring client requests to completion on time
Must-haves and nice-to-haves:

  • Advanced English (both written and spoken) as you will need to communicate with native English speakers daily
  • Previous digital marketing working experience - Digital Marketing Assistant, Social Media Associate, Social Media Planner, and similar
  • Solid knowledge of social media channels and how they can be used for list growth
  • Previous working experience with various software platforms related to both project management and email marketing (such as Asana/Trello, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) would be advantageous
  • Previous working experience in a position such as an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or similar will be considered a plus
  • Working experience in email marketing and knowledge of the field is a major plus
