Implementation Specialist

Remote position, 1 pm - 9 pm CET
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for handling email deliverables creation and scheduling, with the main focus being managing work in Integromat. The ideal candidate for this role is a quick learner, a self-starter, and able to function well in a fast-moving environment.

This is a junior position that will provide you with the necessary knowledge of the company processes. If you are eager to start from a junior position and move your way up by improving your skills and step-by-step progress, this role will give you the perfect opportunity for that.
What you'll be working on:

  • Creating and optimizing drag-and-drop templates within ESPs (Email Service Providers)
  • Creating various email deliverables (campaigns, flows - automated emails, SMS, and Popups) using Klaviyo, Stripo, Wigzo, Justuno, or other email marketing platforms
  • Setting up, testing, and scheduling all email marketing deliverables with a focus on segmentation, quality protocol, and technical execution
  • Conducting ESP migrations and helping ease any other platform transitions
  • Troubleshooting various ESPs and other performance issues
  • Managing work in Integromat
  • Reviewing existing email campaigns' technical performance on new client accounts
  • Following the standard operating procedures
    Must-haves and nice-to-haves:

    • Fluent English (both written and spoken)
    • Knowledge of HTML and CSS (email-specific coding experience is a plus)
    • Experience with any integration tool is preferred but not required
    • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus, as you'll be working with a lot of design assets, and basic photo editing would be a good complementary skill
    • Previous experience with JavaScript will be considered a plus
    • Previous working experience with various software platforms related to both project management and email marketing (such as Asana/Trello, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) would be advantageous

    • Is detail-oriented and tech-savvy – you enjoy getting to the core of various technical challenges, and you double-check before you submit your work

    • To be successful in providing various technical solutions, you'd need to be able to solve technical problems using Integromat, which lets you connect apps and automate workflows in a few clicks. What is even more important is that you'd need to learn how to do it independently
